Acura mdx push button start problems.

Hi, I bought a 2018 MDX in November. It is going well except that sometimes the remote doesnt work and the car doesnt start (and I need to wait few hours until it starts working again). The remote is in the car but it says no remote detected (it does NOT say the battery low or something like this). I push the talk button and say "testing" and then the back button, it goes green except the last bar in the voice/volume metre is red.With that many miles, this is most likely a dead, or almost dead battery in the fob.
