Make sure to focus on the AAMC SBs rather than the QPs. The QPs are good if you just want to test your knowledge and concepts, not really a good indication of test questions tho. SB questions tend to be a bit harder in my opinion but prepare you well. UWorld was central to my Step 1 preparation for 4 reasons: (1) Helped me identify the most high yield facts/concepts; (2) Taught me more medicine than my school lectures/syllabi ever did; (3) Strengthened my test-taking skills; (4) Hit me with difficult questions that provided a "reality check," which kept me focused, motivated, and sensible about my Step 1 goals. Remember, uworld is meant not to show you how stupid you are: it's to show you what the mcat wants you to know. And what the mcat wants you to know doesn't translate to becoming a doctor. Rather it translates to will you be able to do well in med school where people drop out or engage in self harm.

I wouldn't try doing a FL, since they're supposedly a little harder than the SB. I usually do 25 questions at a time. I just got done with Bio Qpack 2, after having done about 100 Bio UWorld passages, and my score jumped from a 70% to 85%. UWorld is, on average, slightly harder than AAMC. Relative difficulty imo would look like: CARS QP1 > UWorld, FL1 > average MCAT CARS section. I've been getting 70-80% on UWorld, which I think agrees with my FL1 CARS score of 127. Keep in mind I've also done all of TPR 2016, EK101, and NS108.
