When I go to upgrade my player it now has me listed as a QB and my ranking and overall player rating dropped!! WTF is going on? and how do I fix it? Face of franchise progress lost. Game froze, reset, came back in with over 4 to 5 hours of progress lost.

I went to play face of the franchise today. I had a 83 overall, level 15 cornerback save in which I was in the Divisional Round. Tried to load in and it says I’m now a 73 overall, level 1, with none of my abilities or anything. Face of the franchise madden 23 resigning glitch. So I finished my first season and I’m at the point to resign with my team or others and no matter what I do it won’t go past the team I select. It just brings me back to the main menu. So basically I wasted a whole season for nothing since I can’t get past this. 🤦🏽‍♂️.

It may actually be related to the player's name. We've seen some cases where the name is triggering some kind of filter, so it doesn't allow that player to be used. It's something we've sent up to the Madden team for investigation, but I'm afraid I don't have any updates to share at the moment. Its a horrible glitch that I wish we can be refunded on this game. If you toss in a QB at kicker you're never going to be able to kick a FG. The only player you can have in the kicker position is a kicker. I've seen some random cases where a punter is in the kicker position which causes some kicking trouble.
