Orca is much much slower than Cura. I find Cura's timing pretty accurate, as well as Orca's. I mean it's a very nice slicer and all, but what is the point if it's not saving me time when I'm printing? Default profiles are going to differ from slicer to slicer but you should be calibrating those anyway for each roll of filament.
