Short version is you run wires from inside the charger direct to the battery for very brief intervals like 2 seconds. Wait a bit and repeat. Use the volt meter in between to check to make sure battery voltage is increasing. Do this enough and then the charges will charge the batteries.. it has to sense a certain voltage before it charges properly.
