Sure, i don't mind IF BSG ever do that (But they won't). The thing is that there is no simple button which will change current version of Tarkov into "exciting" Offline mode with progression. Even if there would be, it wouldn't be fun/balanaced with current EFT options and would require a lot of addicional work.
