No cable/internet conglomerate is inherently good nor is their service perfect. That said, I've been a Spectrum internet customer stretching back to their Time Warner days in the early 2000s and I've been pleased with their services. The two times I've had internet issues, they were quick to send a technician out and quick to resolve the problem.Never had a single issue with WOW.
