If you die in Kurak's dungeon you're ejected with your gear. If you're running it with friends you can't get back in until the dungeon resets. I just died in Kurak's dungeon and spawned naked, tried to summon corpse but says no corpse to summon. I think you don't lose your items after dying in Kurak's dungeon.
