If you don't have enough racial points, just don't put points in the halfling tree at end game. If you have Feydark Illusionist: look at Strimtom's Dragonborn paladin build. If you're strictly F2P: honestly, you can use whatever race you want, but Dragonborn gets +2 STR/CHA which are your primary stats so it's a good option regardless. Don't think your finishing stat on Charisma for Favoured is correct, started on 20 and finished on 8 especially after pushing up with enhancements!
