Dec 11, 2021 · Hi, Elderly parents can’t remember/never wrote down their 4-digit account Security Code (and never set up online account access). They are not able to call Customer Service themselves. I’m trying to call and cancel the service on their behalf, but the representative said there is nothing I can do without their Security Code.
