I know mage is expensive but there is a chance that my friend who is quitting skyblock will give me about 100 mil coins (could be as low as 50 mil and as high as 200 mil). Should I sell all of my stuff and go full mage with the 30 mil, and if so which setup. Or should I wait until I get the coins and then switch (setup for that too).

loving zombie soldier chestplate/perfect t9. necromancer lord leggings. necromancer lord boots/spirit boots. spirit sceptre. if u do slayers (zombie) get a voodoo doll. a low mana cost weapon like dreadlord or frozen scythe. Use this setup its below 50m and very good, dont forget the 5 stars and necrotics on necro leg/boots.

There's no need for that single target dps (which is the whole point of the play stile), since even a spirit scepter could do enough damage to kill the wither bosses. If you really wanna go for it, hype is not required since SS is as good as hyp at clear/boss with enough cata levels.Pretty sure the best way varies between the clases but this is what i did. When i started f7 i had cata around 28, a spirit sceptre, sheep pet, necromancer lord legs and boots, get a necro lord chestplate if u can but it very rare, (i used a perfect t10 chestplate) and shadow goggles. it should be enough tho i assume using sheep is going to kill you since your cata probably aint that high. also just go try it, it's really not hard... just do be clear being able to do f7 frag runs doesnt not mean being able to do them effectively. you might be better on doing rose runs for combat xp and some money if you are slow. angl3r said:f5 mage gear? My only recommendation is to use at least an Ornate Zombie Sword for healing and Yeti Sword if a Midas Staff is too expensive.
