If you really want a new one you can tell them the modem lights aren't lighting up, you want a modem with the light indicators working correctly and they'll tell you your options.

I can't recall what my old Spectrum modem was, but I never had any issues with it before and now I am having incredibly frequent internet disconnects every 2-3 minutes.

Today, back on Spectrum with their en2251 modem. Initially I just changed the Orbi from AP mode back to router to connect to the new service. When the speeds were slow, I did a full factory reset of the Orbi -same results. The firmware on the Orbi is v2.7.2.104 and the app indicates that is up to date.But FYI, The Hitron EN2251 is one of the worst modems on Spectrums network.
