We did a 3 hour heritage and food walk whilst in Jaipur. Our guide Mr Surya was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and took us to hidden gems to savour local food and drinks. Whilst it was Holi festival weekend and a lot of the markets were not as active as usual, it gave a fabulous feel of "real" Jaipur. Excellent and would thoroughly recommend.
