This is not the fault of the pellets, in the case of the Quadra Fire stoves, they have the feed rod right inside the hopper in the center. New door gasket, very clean everywhere, the draft in the stove is great, and everything has been vacuumed out, no ashes anywhere. Is this a control board problem? Maybe an ESP problem?
