Adding here for the next guy even though this is old. New Rival - S with Holosun 507C-GR-X2. Used plate # 2 (RMR). Used two screws that the iron site mounted on. Used two of the longer screws from Holosun package (comes with two types). Fits perfect!! I think Canik is just CYA saying only use their screws.
