I was trying to leave mine and couldnt find the "quit guild" button anywhere even thought people said it was right at the bottom, but then I realized the old leader promoted me before leaving, and I had to promote someone else to leader so I could leave myself, maybe you're having the same issue. I think its something like "/q guild" or something.....go into the in-game help menu, and search "guild", I believe it is the second result, which is titled "how do I leave a guild" and it gives you the command to do so

You would need to have your guild members gather up all the money and items in the bank to take with them to deposit in your new guild's bank.
