Click on it and navigate to the directory that you're just created (Clicking on .. is equal to Up in Windows Explorer). Select the preset that you're just created. All my shaders should work just fine with default reshade, although you may have mixed results as I haven't tested it out myself (I'm at work rn). The GShade drama is a little overblown, the "malware" was to prevent the installer from being tampered with and Marot has already removed it in favor of a more traditional prevention method.
