Shaped Glass (And presumably, any future items that affect max health via the Curse debuff) can be used, as it modifies maximum health as opposed to being seen as damage dealt. These, so far as I know, are the only way to avoid being killed by the activation explosion. The poison damage is 1% of the enemy's max HP per second, clamped between 1 and 50 times your damage. Anything that effects your character's damage stat (Glass, Tonic, etc) will effect the clamp range. Simply load up a game with command and get transfusions along with bitter roots would enable you to survive to mid-game/late-game. For Risk of Rain 2 I feel like artifact of glass runs are almost impossible seeing as how infusion affects you the same way the 10% health penalty does, rather than getting 1 life per kill you would require 4-5 ...Now I have not tested it with shaped glass and maybe it brings back one shot protection to shaped glass. Egocentrism is fun but the homing is so little its only for melee survivors and even then why not pick up more focus crystals. ...
