I get around 90-100 FPS while playing online on Customs map. However when I load in offline mode with scav difficulty and amount set to "as online" in Customs, I spawn with a solid 140+ fps (90% GPU usage), start running around for 30 seconds and I get a microstutter. FPS drops to 100. After around 2 minutes I get another stutter.
