Depends on your stats, really. But since it is a DEX weapon I would recommend sharp infusion and leveling up DEX. It depends on your stats. If you have high Dex you should infuse it with a sharp gem, if you have high strength maybe you should be looking to use a different weapon as it wouldn't scale very well with strength.Uchi is one of the best weapons in the game and you can use it to make one of the few actually good boss weapons in the game. It does scale almost entirely with dex so from an efficiency stand point it may not be the best for you. You might want to try and find a quality (str/dex) scaling alternative instead.You need to have at least 1.5x of the base stats of the weapon. If you have a weapon that takes 10 strenght to wield, you need at least 15 stenght to powerstance it. Sure! you can even Powerstance a Blacksteel Katana with Ricard's Rapier.
