Loosen those out so that you have about a cm left of thread on the end of the cable. Push the cable back down in the slot and tighten up the second nut so that the cable is held in place.

I have tried a new ignition coil/ignitor and still no spark. The exciter coil under the flywheel is no longer avalible, as I have been told, and the rev limiter is also no loner avalible.Turn the screw in by a 1/4 turn. Blow air into the fuel inlet until the float rises to be level with the carburetor base. Adjust the needle valve with 1-1/2 turns in the outward direction. Adjust the valve on top of the throttle body with a 1/4 turn in the inward direction. Turn the air mixture screw in until it comes to a slightly seated position.
