Dec 2, 2022 · It is not syncing with my Genie RC-73 remote. I cannot control the on/off or volume functions of the tv with the DIRECTV remote. I have the remote in RF mode and it controls my receiver which is housed in a closet without issue. I have gone through the 66 DIRECTV codes that is supposed to work with Samsung and not a one works. I need to order a new remote or new Genie. My remote no longer powers on the Genie. I have tried resetting the genie, changing the batteries resetting the remote and I get no connection.
