I'm past the epilogue, and I'm trying to finish the last few items for 100%, but can't seem to trigger Algernon Wasp at his shop to get the quest started. I searched here, the web, and youtube but can only find that it seems to be initiated in chapter 4, at the mayor's house in St. Denis, if Arthur saves Wasp from choking and he gives you his card.
I'm currently at the start of chapter 3 and in this playthrough I've decided to do very much early. Its really not that difficult except for the travel time. It took me about 2 or 3 days to finish this quest. Needless to say, it broke me not to mention I had to do the herbalist challenge where I had to collect every plant there is (including the exotic orchids) afterwards.
