Maybe once or twice in 4 years of owning this truck. 2009 - 2014 Ford F150 - Recirc door broken 2013 - Did a search and I see a lot of blend door issues. I'm not sure if that is the same as the inside/outside recirc door directly above the fan. Just reporting here what has happened to my 2013 with manual HVAC.
With the engine running, push the floor vent button and the fan to high. Then manually rotate the gears (that the actuator would normally turn) with your fingers until you find the position that the fan is blowing the hardest out of the floor vents.
