So, Disorienting Grenades lowers the Blast Radius to zero and 1 of the Stats from Volatile Launch is (greatly increases blast radius). I've found if you proc volatile with gyrfalcons, it won't give anti barrier rounds but if you proc volatile with void fragments like the grenade one or the new finisher one it will work.
