The 351W stroker crank is a good bit lighter than the stock 400 but I doubt it'll be a one-for-one swap.

However, you need a specific timing chain set that is made just for this swap. You CANNOT mix and match components to "make your own" set because the 351W crank sprocket has a different tooth count. I run a Windsor 4" forged crank in my 400 so it can be done.
