Santa Paula reinforced its reputation as a town that loves all who work and as the Parade Capital of the World when the 6 th Annual Labor Day Parade stepped out Monday on East Main Street. Visitors flocked to the parade, one of only a few in the state and the only such procession in Ventura County.
