For Reshade to normally load the preset, this ini file must be placed in the same folder where executable file of the Sims4 is placed (C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\). I'm not sure how to explain it because I use Windows but find a youtube tutorial specifically for installing and using Gshade on Mac and follow it one step at a time.
