Hi all-I have 2011 enclave that is stuck blowing air through the floor and slightly through the vents. I brought it in to the dealer, they initially thought it was the actuator but when they looked "further", they said the door was stuck and wouldn't move, suggesting that something might be lodged in it or was broken.

You replaced it but the new blend door actuator is not working! If the wires come loose at the wiring harness at the back of the module for actuators, replacing the actuator alone will not get any luck. Despite changing the actuator, the blend door actuator will not get the power it needs for operating.
