PORT ORCHARD — A group of Kitsap Critical Incident Response Team (KCIRT) investigators has provided more details about an officer-involved shooting in which a 36-year-old man was shot and killed Aug. 4 by a Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office deputy at the Bethel Burley Road overpass at Highway 16.
