My oculus is glitching.

I just purchased a quest 2 and set up my steam VR via link cable. I launched it and started to play blade and sorcery. I went into the graphics menu within the game and changed a couple settings. After this the game started to glitch and flicker and lag uncontrollably. I had to quit out via my desktop monitor.
