Comments confirm that this should be out before the new year in version 2.6. This has big implications for those of us who prefer PrusaSlicer or who have Prusa Printers. And, remember this is a Prusa software set. What you and I think is 45 degrees, Prusa thinks is 90 degrees. So the range you can adjust in the setting is o (automatic) to 180 (perpendicular to the bed). Where 90 provides supports for a 45 degree angle the rest of us see. Prusa Organic Supports are based on this Tree Supports 2 Fork for Cura. You can use that one to play around with them a bit if you want. These are free and open source licenses, and this kind of thing is a textbook example of the benefits of open source software. Cura improves, and those improvements used to improve PrusaSlicer as well. Everyone wins.
