Sw22 victory vs ruger mark iv.
I am looking at the Mark IV line up. I know I want the 5.5" barrel in blued finish. The stainless is beautiful but I'm hoping to stay to a budget this go around. I've been comparing the Target (model 40101) versus the Hunter TALO (model 40177) From what I can tell, the only differences between the 2 are the barrel (bull vs fluted) and the sights.

AS to the Mk III vs the Mk IV, the Mk IV hands down. Go to a LGS and ask someone to break both of them down. They will do it in a second with a MK IV (and it will take that long to do) Good luck getting someone to field strip a Mk III. YMMV.
