The only sensible way to run an Anarchy build is to go full in to Nth Degree 5/5, Close Enough 5/5, Preshrunk Cyberpunk 5/5, then literally any other skills you want.

Her pitiful bonus of 15% to shock damage is not worth considering. In UVHM, using the appropriate damage type vs shield, flesh, or armour, and using slag, will do much more damage than the 15%.
