Cyberpunk relic malfunction not going away.

Hey, I'm 400h in this game and have never seen any passive relic malfunction, only scripted ones (been playing since 1.6, now 2.0). Is there a way to enable them? I've tried downloading this mod and changing the number of days/hours/minutes, but nothing happened. I just passed the mox cloud mission and the relic malfunction wont go away. I've done 2 quest after the that one still bugged. This is on a fresh install and new save. Anyone know how to fix this? Little FIX for that:
