Due to this Canaveral region is stuck on 97% which will prevent me from getting the platinum trophy. It's recipe is unlocked by crafting the munitions extension. But that costs 1 CPU. And the rocket turret recipe costs 3 CPUs if I remember correctly. So you need at least 4 CPUs alone for unlockocking the rocket turret.
