In this study, we reviewed our institutional experience with Y-90 radioembolization using in 32 patients with unresectable HCC. Although most of the patients had advanced stage with T3 and T4 (56.3%, 18 of 32), our study showed promising result with 2-year OS rates 59%, and 2-year PFS rates 60%.
