I'll try Yuzu again after it releases and the audio is fixed. I've got it working on Ryujinx now. Only issue I'm having now is the cutscenes are about 20% slower than the audio but still playable. I’ve been playing 2-3h On Steam deck no problems with Super Mario RPG with OpenGL fixes audio bug.

In any area that's open and has multiple NPCs/enemies, the FPS dips to the 40s or 50s. It's playable but going based on the performance on the Switch and PC, it should be at an almost consistent 60FPS. Outside Mario's house and the castle town area has the dips as well. Combat and smaller areas are just fine.

Not sure about Steam Deck, but with SDL2 Ryujinx has no issues with audio. PLAY WITH OPENGL. bsnes :) Actually though, Ryujinx would probably work best until Yuzu adds official support. Currently I tried it on Yuzu and the background music doesn't work on it, while on Ryujink it apparently works without problems so far.
